We are packed and ready to go; we fly out on Saturday at 7:00 A.M. I hope to post a photo of the team on Saturday afternoon so you can get a sense of who is traveling and confirmation that we have arrived. It will be the first time we will have all been in one location in the 9 months since we began preparing for the trip. There are 9 of us ranging from high school to retirement and everything in between.
Age is irrelevant on mission trips although the team weight-lifters may beg to differ, as they will be dragging around the bags I cannot lift. We only use first names because it takes brothers and sisters to pull this off; maybe musketeers is a better way to describe it. At any rate, we are thrilled to get this trip going, humbled to represent each of you in Guatemala, and anxious to see what God has in store for us this year. I know for sure we will be called in ways we could have never anticipated.
Blessings and thank you for your incredibly enthusiastic support again this year,
Sally Buss,
Ali Corace,
Jenn Petzold,
Alaina Petzold,
Julie Gatti,
Leyna Gatti,
Debra Graham-Large,
Megan Guiles, and
Johnny Morton
